According to Forbes magazine, Gloria (the Liar) Macapagal-Arroyo is the 5th most powerful woman in the world.
That must be the joke of the year! Gloria powerful? Over who? She can’t do anything about:
1. the steamrolling oil prices
2. the insurgency in Mindanao
3. corruption in government
4. pork barrel of our unrepresenting Representatives
5. proliferation of illegal drugs
6. burgeoning unemployment
7. her propensity to lie to the Filipinos
Are there more reasons why we should debunk that inane article?
Forbes magazine should write about things they’re more knowledgeable about. Perhaps they’re auditioning to host a show in ABS-CBN a la “The Buzz.”
